SHIPPING POLICY -

All orders are currently shipped from our office located at:

New York, NY 10005

Most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (business days DO NOT include weekends, federal, local, or state holidays.    The cost of shipping is based on the weight and location where the package is being shipped from. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, but understand mistakes can happen.  Therefore SHE IS AMOROUS, LLC. is not responsible for ANY and ALL orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address.  ALL ORDERS shipped to an INCORRECT ADDRESS WILL REQUIRE a new shipping label.  When an order is returned to our office, we will reach out to YOU (the customer) about reshipping your order, and send an invoice for the cost of shipping.  

In the event that YOU (the customer) does not respond in 3 business days, and we are unable to reship the items to you.  We will issue store credit ONLY IF the items are unopened and DO NOT show any signs of damage or tampering LESS THE AMOUNT FOR ORIGINAL SHIPPING. 

If you submit a request to our team to update the address on an order already placed, we CANNOT GUARANTEE your shipping address will be updated before your order ships.  STORE CREDIT on orders with INCORRECT ADDRESSES is ONLY VALID FOR 6 MONTHS. 

SHE IS AMOROUS, LLC. is not responsible for packages and / or additional fees associated with shipment to an incorrect address.
